How do I activate, de-activate or re-activate my event?

Last Updated: Sep 20, 2011 11:15AM PDT
When an event is signed up on our site it is immediately active but does go through a brief moderation by our Client Support team before it is 'searchable' online. If you set an "on-sale date”, or set a ticket type as "Unactive", the listing will appear in customer searches, however the red "Buy" tickets button will be unactive. If you would like to keep the event profile hidden or unlisted from public searches but available through its direct link, please click the Unlist button in the top menu.

You can de-activate the listing anytime by clicking the “Active” button in the top menu on the event profile. This will end ticket sales and make your complete will call list available for download.

If ticket sales for your event have ended, but the accounting for the event has not been settled (anytime prior to the event date), you can re-activate ticket sales by clicking "Pending Settlement" in the control panel on the event profile. You will be prompted to reset the will call time (when the sales stop and the will call becomes available).

Don’t worry, our friendly support team is here to help.
