How do I get paid for my event sales?

We offer Flavorus Payment Processing as a solution for all clients. It's fast, it's easy and we will process all online transactions, handle 100% of customer support and chargebacks - all at no cost to you!
 

Events are settled on the Monday following one week after your event, which is the designated period for customer support requests.  

We offer Direct Deposit payments free of charge. Your event settlement can be deposited directly into the bank account on your profile. For clients not enrolled in our Direct Deposit system,  Checks are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  The fee for Priority shipping will be deducted from your payment.

We also offer a
PayPal checkout option for your events.  When signing up your event, just select "PayPal" from the processing options to link the event to your personal or business PayPal account and receive the funds as tickets are sold.

We also support independent merchant accounts for promoters who wish to process sales through their own credit card processor.  Using a gateway account to connect sales on our site with your merchant account, you will receive batch payments as tickets are sold.  Please contact us for more information on integrating your merchant account.
